The white wolf stood on the sandy beach. The wolf had a firm grasp in the dry sand that seeped into the cracks of his paws. The sun began to rise on his shiny white coat. The sky turned various colors; a calming pink, uneasy purple and a calming blue. The colors seemed to represent each of the wolf’s emotions. The sea began to crash loudly onto the sand, like thunder roaring in the sky. The wolf shuttered at the mere sound of the sea. He slowly closed his eyes to ignore the sea and its horrid sounds. He heard forelegs running toward the sea and heard the splash of the shallow waters. The wolf opened his eyes to see who entered the sea so abruptly. The wolf was not surprised to see the Alpha soaking his legs and shaking his fur rapidly. Alpha’s appearance was so intimidating; he stood proudly with his ember colored eyes and having grey fur and a white underbelly. His eyes alone could stun the most ferocious creature.  The alpha quickly began to study the water for fish and his eyes carefully looking at small schools of fish. The alpha lowered his head slowly and then a loud splash was made. The alpha lifted his head boldly with a mouth full of fish. Water began to drip all about and the alpha’s fur glistened in the sun. The white wolf turned away knowing he brought shame to alpha and hid in his usual place. The white wolf hid behind a withering wooden boat covered in seaweed. The boat was embedded in sand, but was perfect for shade. The white wolf heard another trotting of paws and peeked from behind the boat. The wolf was the second in command and was more so frightening; he was a black wolf with bright green eyes. This black wolf had scars around his right eye as well as some on his face and neck. The black wolf greeted his alpha with a lot of respect, but began to talk about the white wolf in a bitter way.
“Alpha, that kid needs to learn to get over his fear of the ocean! He can’t expect us to do everything for him.”
The alpha plopped the pile of fish on the sand and looked at his second in command.
“Listen, that boy has been through more than you think. His fear of water has become something more…it can’t be explained right now, but leave that boy alone.”
The white wolf always loved alpha for defending him, but it made him feel weaker and vulnerable. The black wolf began to growl to himself in anger.
“That boy doesn’t deserve to be the alpha, and something needs to be done about it.”
Remember the dream I wrote about in the journal? This is how the dream began! I don't know if the wolf had weird yellow eyes or blue eyes. It didn't really show his face, maybe I will have a dream about the wolf again! I hope I do so I can see his eyes! Well I don't want to write to much. This is apart of my final project for creative writing so I figured I'd share! Lemme know what you think.
